Targeting Yahoo! Through AdWords And DoubleClick Ad Exchange

SHARE:

google-adwords-yahooCPM Advisors’ CEO Rob Leathern noted yesterday that you can’t target Yahoo! through Google AdWords or the new Google/DoubleClick Ad Exchange even though you can target the other 199 of the top 200 sites on the planet. Rob thinks their may be some mischievous engineers at work on Google’s side. From here, I wonder if it’s even possible that Yahoo! would run Google ad (AdSense) tags. Thoughts?

If you were able to target Yahoo! from AdWords, perhaps this is an awkward first step towards the interoperability between exchanges that Yahoo! is seeking. A next step would be bidding on AdSense placements through Right Media Exchange.
