		<description>So the way I read the press release is that mpire optimized campaigns on their own network over the course of four months with their own efficiency tools. 

Wouldn&#039;t you expect them to be able to do it faster than that with their own publishers, or to have already used their tools to identify poor performers within the network?</description>
