		<description>Good breakdown of the benefits to the different players in the value chain. Over time, I&#039;d suspect that one, maybe two of these risk managers ends up becoming the standard. Everyone benefits from there being one trusted authority, but it will take time for any of these firms to gain separation from the rest.</description>
